Covid Isolation ward

(1) To ameliorate the dire situation,Surat Parsi Panchayat  announces
the opening of Covid Isolation Ward from 13th May 2021 for our community
members who do not have adequate facilities of isolation at their
residence.
(2) Only patients with positive RT-PCR report and oxygen saturation
level equal or greater than 94% will  be admitted and will be given
necessary medicines and food etc.free from SPP, till quarantine period
is over, when the patient will be discharged to go back to home.
(3) No relatives will be allowed to stay with the patient or meet the
patient during hospital stay,as per Government guidelines, unless one
declares the self as a volunteer to serve the admitted patients will
only be allowed Once admitted patient also will not be allowed to go
anywhere on his own will, till the quarantine period is over and
discharged from the hospital.
(4) After admission to isolation ward,if oxygen saturation goes down,
oxygen will be started with mask, but inspite of  these efforts ,if
saturation level of patient goes to 90%, the family members will be
immediately informed and they have to immediately shift the patient to
other hospital with a facility of ventilator/ bi-pep and sufficient
oxygen backup.
(5) Even after repeated requests if the relatives of the patient delay
in  shifting the patient to  hospital with better facilities,then the
staff on duty at the isolation ward will be forced to shift the patient
to New Civil OR Smimer hospital without wasting precious time.
(6) For point no. 3 & 4 a consent form is to be signed by the patient
and relatives, along with the self attested copies of their Aadhar
Cards, at the time of admission and all the conditions mentioned in
consent form are binding to patient and relatives.
(7)  Needy members of the community are requested to take advantage of
the isolation ward facility.
